Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange.
Our Policy
- All returns and exchanges including manufacturer defects must be requested within 10 days of receipt.
- For manufacturer defected items, please provide photos of the damages, style number, and invoice number in the initial return request email.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with their original tags intact.
- All returns will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds will need to be reviewed.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns
- All sale items are “final sale” and not eligible for return or exchange.
- All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by Mystree in order for the claim to be processed.
- Returned merchandise must be mailed out within 5 business days from the time you receive the return shipping label.
Return Process
To initiate a return, simply email mystree@mystree.com.
We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#), and a return shipping label.
You must have pre-authorized RA#. Returns without RA# will not be accepted.
